Dr. Christian A. Zellner graduated from LMU University in Munich. After moving to California, he completed his General and Interventional Cardiology training at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to moving to Bradenton, he was a partner at a large multi-specialty group in the Midwest, in Springfield, Illinois where he established a Radial Access Catheterization as well as a Heart Valve and Structural Heart Disease Program.
Dr. Zellner has received prestigious Fellowship Awards from the American Heart Association and the Heart Failure Society of America, and he has been a principal investigator in heart failure, and cardiovascular genetic studies. His dedication to Clinical Cardiology and teaching has been recognized by the UCSF House Staff Stethoscope Award.
Dr. Zellner practices Preventative and Interventional Cardiology.
