David Song, MD, PhD

Dr. David D. Song is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Song completed an internship in internal medicine and his residency in neurology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colorado. He also completed a fellowship in movement disorders and experimental therapeutics at University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, New York and a fellowship in Parkinson’s Disease/Parkinsonism at University of California San Diego, San Diego, California. Dr. Song is fluent in English and has conversational knowledge of Korean. Dr. Song is a UCR Health physician and health sciences clinical professor of neuroscience at the UCR School of Medicine. Dr. Song practices in a state-of-the-art, safe and comfortable environment providing excellent, innovative care. Dr. Song provides Botox, Xeomin, and Myobloc injections for treatment of increased muscle tone and abnormal movements.
