About
Dr. Jesse Hinckley is triple boarded in psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine. After completing his clinical training at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Dr. Hinckley remained as faculty, co-founding and directing the Addiction Biology Lab and serving as Director of Adolescent Psychiatric Services for the Addition Research and Treatment Services Program and Associate Medical Director of psychiatric emergency services at UCHealth. Dr. Hinckley joined EIRMC in 2023 and became program director as of September 2025. Dr. Hinckley is also a dedicated educator. He has developed curricula for multiple state and national training programs and currently serves as a consultant for the Opioid Response Network. Outside of professional responsibilities, Dr. Hinckley is an avid choral musician, sports and wildlife photographer, dog breeder and trainer, and bibliophile.
