Dr. Kevin V. Palmer is board-certified in General Surgery, and received his medical degree from the University of Indiana Medical School. Dr. Palmer completed an internship and a residency in General Surgery at the University of California in California. Dr. Palmer specializes in general surgery at Oak Hill Hospital, and treats conditions/performs procedures such as: breast surgery, thyroid, stomach, colorectal surgery, hernia repair, laser procedure and surgery, minimally invasive procedure and surgery, robotic assisted surgery, wound care and vascular surgery.
