    Dr. Mary A. O'Dowd graduated from New York Medical College and came to Montefiore for training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry/Psychosomatic Medicine after completing her Psychiatry Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital. Dr. O'Dowd is Director of the Psychosomatic Medicine Service and the Psychosomatic Medicine Fellowship at Montefiore and is Professor of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is also Director of the Psychiatry AIDS Connected Ambulatory Program, the first outpatient psychiatry program in the Bronx to be devoted to the provision of mental health care for HIV+ individuals.
