About
Dr. P. Travis Harker earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency training at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency Program at Concord Hospital. He then completed a prestigious fellowship with the Dartmouth Leadership and Preventive Medicine Residency Program where he also earned a Master’s of Public Health and served as residency faculty for 12 years.
In 2012, Dr. Harker served as president of the New Hampshire Medical Society where he worked with physicians from across New Hampshire to address mental health, reduce smoking, and expand Medicaid. He has also served on various legislative and State commissions to improve access to quality care for New Hampshire residents. Tufts Medical School recognized Dr. Harker in 2022 with an excellence in teaching award, and he was named the 2014 Family Physician of the Year by the New Hampshire Academy of Family Physicians.
