R. Wesley Vosburg, MD, FACS, FASMBS

Dr. R. Wesley Vosburg received his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed surgical residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA and a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. He also completed a fellowship in medical education at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA. Prior to coming to GSMC he served as a faculty member of Harvard Medical School. He is a member of several national committees in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery that focus on national guidelines and quality improvement. Dr. Vosburg is board certified in both Surgery and Obesity Medicine.
