    Dr. Rajeev Raghavan is a practicing Nephrologist and the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at HCA Kingwood. His academic title is Professor of Medicine at the Fertitta Family University of Houston College of Medicine. Dr. Raghavan graduated from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio with a degree in Chemical Engineering, then completed medical school at The Ohio State University. He followed his wife to Texas where he completed residency (2008) and fellowship (2010) at the Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). He was an Assistant then Associate Professor of Medicine at BCM from 2010-2021.

    He is passionate about medical education and holds a Masters of Education (M. Ed) in Health Sciences from the University of Houston (2021). Dr. Raghavan’s creative outlet is in music and he performs with the renowned Texas Medical Center Orchestra and World Doctor’s Orchestra.
