Rias Ali, MD, FACC

Dr. Rias Ali is a board certified Interventional cardiologist in Holiday, FL and serves patients in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough tri-county area. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, Florida Hospital North Pinellas, HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital, Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, and Mease Countryside Hospital. He received his medical degree from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER). He competed his advanced subspecialty training in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and Tampa General Hospital.

Dr. Ali specializes in interventional cardiology, and peripheral endovascular interventional cardiology and is experienced in general cardiology, hypertension, coronary artery disease, acute coronary syndrome, and myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, congestive heart failure (CHF), arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, and congenital heart disease. He performs complex procedures including angioplasty and steering and high risk and robotic PCI. He also has special interest in structural heart disease, catheter based treatment of PE and DVT and venous interventions.
