Dr. Umesh Gowda is Board Certified, fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology at SUNY, Brooklyn, NY. In addition, he has earned certifications in Endovascular Medicine, Vascular Medicine, Cardiovascular CT, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a graduate of Karmatak Medical College, India. After serving on the medical faculty in the Department of Internal Medicine, Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, NY, he joined a private practice group in Cardiovascular Medicine at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, FL. He came to Bay Area Cardiology Associates in 2009.
