Yizhi Lin, DO

Dr. Yizhi Lin is the internal medicine program director for the HCA Florida Blake Hospital residency program, as well as assistant professor at the University of South Florida. He completed internal medicine residency at the University of Texas in Austin before returning to Bradenton to become faculty and hospitalist at Blake Hospital. He was part of the faculty during the residency’s inception and has been amazed and proud of the growth and trajectory of the program since then.

As faculty, he has served as core faculty as well as associate program director before assuming his current program director role. He has been the recipient of teaching awards both at a residency and faculty level. Some of his passions include resident education, mentorship, and creating an environment that fosters well-being and optimal learning and professional advancement of the residents.
