From Burnout to Engagement (GME)

<p> This course is designed to aid the GME Faculty understand burnout and move to engagement.</p><p> <strong> Learning Objectives: </strong></p><p> At the conclusion, participants should be able to: <ul> <li> Reintroduce the Importance of Resident Physician Well-Being </li> <li> Remind stakeholders of the Scope and Impact of the Current Problem regarding Well-Being within GME </li> <li> Discuss the Methodology and Results of the Nationwide HCA Resident Well-Being Study </li> <li> Propose a Positive Psychology based framework for addressing the problems of burnout and depression </li> </ul></p>
