N1 - Diaphragmatic paralysis following coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), while often benign, can sometimes require plication. This paper describes the first reported case of intraoperative (CABG) pulmonary plication for a patient with prior diaphragmatic paralysis. An important cause of dyspnea after coronary artery bypass grafting: phrenic nerve paralysis.
